Possible Duplicate:
Why is it not possible to delete IE addons from the IE interface?

In my "Manage Addons" dialog, there are lots of addons that I have no idea about. I never installed Java on my machine but a java addon is there. Then some other things.

I am only able to disable them.

How can I remove them and all the related files?
